I have yet to meet another community manager like Tammy! She is by far the best I’ve come across; she makes it hard to ever want to leave. The staff have makes it feel like home. Let’s not start on maintenance, mister Jackie! He takes pride in everything thing he touches - from fixing things promptly to keeping the property well put together and clean. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever went beyond 48 hours without something being fixed. The best to ever do it, I love this place!

My experience here has been amazing, by far the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in! I’ve never had any issues with the leasing office or maintenance. Anytime I submitted a request, Jacky, the maintenance guy, came out either the same day or the very next, always quick and professional. Gwen, the leasing manager, has been awesome since day one! She always made sure my questions were answered and that I understood everything clearly. The community itself is quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. There’s also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, so everything you need is close. The only downside is parking, it tends to fill up after 6 PM, so you might have to park toward the back. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed apartment community!

I lived there for 4 years and loved my apartment and the area. Close to anything I needed. Tammy was always helpful if I had questions and the maintenance was always kept clean. Jackie was over all that and anything that I needed in the apartment. Apartments are so nice and look terrific. I would definitely recommend that other people check it out. I would still be there if I hadn’t moved out of state.

This is such a convenient place to live! Close to I-40, I-85 & 73. Can easily be in Charlotte or Raleigh within 1.5 hrs. Also, the community garden is fantastic. I’ve met so many other residents, just chatting about our plants.

Seamless and easy rental experience. Promises kept. Apartment in immaculate move in condition. Staff is super friendly. Clean grounds. Quiet. Best move I've made. Apt also has a lot of extras you don't get elsewhere, including free alarm system and ceiling fans.

The staff is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. It is located in a pretty safe and convenient location, and we haven't had any trouble at all. The only downsides are that parking can sometimes be limited if people have visitors during holidays, and the equipment in the gym area is mostly either outdated or non-functional. All units do have a security system built in, though, and that's a big plus you don't see in many other complexes.
