There is so much mold and mildew in the apartments... 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Also there are hardly any amenities except a small workout room where most of the stuff is broken and a small pool. Everyone there was very nice though and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Seamless and easy rental experience. Promises kept. Apartment in immaculate move in condition. Staff is super friendly. Clean grounds. Quiet. Best move I've made. Apt also has a lot of extras you don't get elsewhere, including free alarm system and ceiling fans.

Absolutely a great place to .live...always friendly staff and helpful in takeing care of any needs or questions you have and the manager is a pleasant person

The staff is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. It is located in a pretty safe and convenient location, and we haven't had any trouble at all. The only downsides are that parking can sometimes be limited if people have visitors during holidays, and the equipment in the gym area is mostly either outdated or non-functional. All units do have a security system built in, though, and that's a big plus you don't see in many other complexes.
